Propolis, sourced from beehives in the Fynbos region of the West Coast, contains over 50 different flavonoids and is rich in vitamins, particularly vitamin P, found in rutin. Simply Bee Propolis Liquid offers healing properties and can be used on gums, added to toothpaste, applied inside the ears, or taken as a supplement.

Directions
