Refund and Returns Policy

At Simply Bee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural products. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Hygiene & Safety Note: Due to the nature of our products (skincare, honey, and propolis), we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. The only exception is if the product is found to be defective.

Defective or Damaged Items We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt at office@simplybee.co.za so we can arrange a replacement.

Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defects/Errors: If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, Simply Bee will cover all collection and replacement shipping costs.

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method or EFT. Please allow for standard banking processing times for the funds to appear in your account.
