For South African orders
After placing your order and entering your address on the checkout page, the system will automatically calculate free shipping for orders over R500. It will also display available payment options. If your total is less than R500, a flat rate of R80 applies.
Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery takes 2 to 5 working days to deliver depending on your location in South Africa. Should there be any delays, we will notify you via email.
Please be sure to untick the ‘Ship to a diffierent address’ if your billing and shipping address is the same.Â
We use ACT and Courier Guy (when necessary), reliable local couriers for deliveries across South Africa. These trusted couriers help ensure that your order reaches you quickly and safely, whether you’re in a city or rural area.
Shipping for international orders
For international customers, Simply Bee accepts online orders from countries outside of South Africa.
Please note that shipping costs for international orders are calculated manually, and we will add these charges to your final invoice after your order is placed.
Given that shipping from South Africa can sometimes be expensive, we highly recommend that international customers consider arranging their own courier service to collect the order from us. This often helps reduce shipping costs.
Import Taxes
Additionally, it’s important to be aware that some countries may impose import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees for goods coming from South Africa. These fees are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We advise checking with local authorities regarding potential import regulations or additional charges before completing your purchase.
