Overview: Refund and Returns Policy
Our Refund and Returns Policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to provide a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.
Refunds, exchanges, late or missing refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt of your item. You’ll be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, we’ll process your refund and discuss your preferred method for returning the funds. We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Please note that there may be a processing period before your refund appears.
