Combine 60ml raw honey with 2 cups of milk and a few drops of your favorite essential oil. Add to a hot bath, sit back and relax.

Simple honey mask:
Scoop a generous spoonful of honey into your hand and spread it all over your face. Rub it in gently and let sit on your skin for 5 – 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water and pat dry with a clean towel.

Super moisturising mask:
Combine 1 tablespoon buttermilk, 1 teaspoon simply bee raw honey and 1 egg yolk. Apply to clean skin and let sit for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Apply your favorite simply bee moisturiser.

Honey facial cleanser:
Combine honey and Jojoba/Coconut oil to create an easily spreadable mixture. Rub it into your skin, avoiding your eye area. Rinse with warm water. This cleanser unclogs pores and helps to remove make-up.

Honey Almond body scrub:
Not only finger licking good but also a perfectly natural spoil for your skin.
Combine 2 teaspoons ground almonds and 2 teaspoons simply bee raw honey to form a paste. Rub into your face with a circular motion. Rinse with warm water. You can easily just increase the quantities for a moisturising body scrub.

Lemon honey facial treatment:
This one is a bit different. Lemons are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. They also contain alpha hydroxy acids that works beautifully as an exfoliator.
Cut 1 lemon in half and remove the seeds. Add 1 teaspoon of honey to one of the lemon halves and rub the cut side over your face. Let it sit for 5 minutes and rinse with warm water. Follow with your favorite simply bee moisturiser.
